New Build Bungalows

This was a new build project that was built on a plot of land purchased from a home owner. The build consisted of two, Three bedroom bungalows with loft rooms. Each bungalow comprised of three bedrooms, one being ensuite to the loft, kitchen/diner, large living room and downstairs bathroom.

The two properties were fully landscaped with seperate rear gardens and a shared front garden/driveway.

The bungalows required extra deep foundations as requested by the engineer due to tree growth close by.

The project was designed, built and managed by Thorn Homes and complete with decoration and carpets ready to re-sale.

Both properties took 6 months to build.
